What is it about infatuation that brings out the inner child?

That extra bounce in a walk. A certain shyness in a glance.

Perhaps it's the prospect of opening up to a special someone that we can scarcely contain our joy and trepidation...and years of carefully constructed barriers fall away.

Dinner with an old friend was most enlightening. His series of gentle probings and observations has opened a sense of self examination that I have not had in a long time.

It is so easy to get caught up with the going on's of everyday life and the countless of distractions that call for our attention.
